GPSD like thing that just works under windows. This turns the NMEA of a GPS on a serial port (that PHP5 for windows can't read) into a TCP port (that PHP for windows can READ). Makes my bloging easier. Errr unless your running a PHP based web interface on your blog localy you don't want this.
